1. DEPOSIT: A deposit of £30.00
per person is required to secure booking or 1 night. Your deposit
in non-refundable for any reason whatsoever. ALL our room prices
are based on at least 2 adults sharing.
2. PAYMENT: The balance is due on
arrival by cash or credit/debit card (sorry we do not take cheques),
credit cards are charged at a rate of 3% per transaction and 30p
for debit card
3. CANCELLATIONS: In the event of
cancellation you must give at least 14 days notice, prior to your
holiday commencement date. We make every effort to re-let the accommodation;
however you are liable to pay the remaining balance, which will
be taken from the card that secured the booking. All rooms and/or
numbers of persons that are booked are liable for payment. We strongly
recommend you take out holiday insurance.
4. ARRIVAL: Unless guests notify us
of late arrival, we reserve the right to re-let accommodation.
5. ARRIVAL TIMES: Rooms are available
from 2.00 pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 am on
day of departure. There are no reductions for late arrival or early
departures.
6. CAR PARK: We have a small Car Park
sufficient for all rooms where residents are welcome to park at
their own risk. However, as spaces are at a premium if you require
to use the Car Park you must leave your car keys with Janet or Clive,
or leave them in your room easily seen, if this is an issue we suggest
you find alternative parking arrangements. Untidy parking is selfish
& means people will be unable to park their cars. Large transits
or people carriers that take up more than 1 space per room are not
permitted.
7. Only Hotel Residents are allowed
in the Rooms. Under no circumstances can you bring any other person
back to your bedroom. (Please be aware CCTV is in operation).
8. Please respect other Guests and
keep noise to a minimum when returning to your room at night.
9. You will be issued with a room
key and front door key on arrival, a lost key will charged at a
standard rate of £10.
10. Please ensure that you close the
front door securely at all times, and that the door is not left
on the latch. Also that the patio gate is bolted.
11. Only alcohol purchased in the
bar can be consumed on the premises.
12. No food (ie take-aways) bought
off the premises can be brought back and consumed in the bedrooms,
however we are more than happy for you to consume them in the bar
or on the patio.
13. Rooms are cleaned every day &
towels changed every other day between 10am & 12noon. Help climate
change by not generating unnecessary washing. Hotel towels are for
use within the hotel they must not be taken off the premises.
14. Fire regulations and hotel insurance
dictate electrical equipment not owned by the hotel must not be
in constant use in the bedrooms.
15. Fire regulations and the British
Government (1st July 2007) dictate that all areas within the building
are non-smoking. The patio is our designated area for smoking.
16. All breakages must be paid for
and unwarranted soiling of the beds will be charged at a standard
rate of £25.
17. Any behaviour which is considered
destructive or disruptive will not be permitted and you will be
asked to leave without any refund of monies.
18. Breakfast is served between 8.30am
and 9.15am (Unless notified differently) and clients are please
asked to fill in the breakfast forms provided and placed in the
bar before 7pm
19. There is an Iron and Ironing Board
outside room 2 & 10. PLEASE make sure your return to station
after use. Please refrain from ironing on the beds or floor
as damages will be charged for.
20. In extreme emergencies there is
a buzzer at the bottom of the stairs by the mirror to summon help.
21. The above terms and conditions
are to ensure that everyone has a safe, secure and hastle-free holiday.
If you are asked to leave due to any of the terms and conditions
being broken you will not be entitled to a refund.
